The Executive Director will shape organizational strategy, cultivate sustainable funding and partnerships, and foster an inclusive, supportive environment for storytellers and staff.

The ideal candidate brings nonprofit leadership experience, strong financial and organizational acumen, and a deep belief in storytelling as a force for empathy, justice, and cultural dialogue.
