The Whole Alphabet 2024
So Say We All’s LGBTQ+ writers workshop and performance series, The Whole Alphabet, is back in 2024 with a whole host of offerings and opportunities available to everyone!
First, check out our generative writing workshops spanning the spring; each features a guided craft discussion, sample performances from SSWA’s writers, and time to free write. All are free, so join us at one or all:

And then: we will be accepting submissions for the June 2024 Whole Alphabet storytelling showcase. Members of the community are invited to submit true stories around 2,000 words or less (around 10 minutes spoken). Chosen participants will be required to participate in two group read and critique sessions (dates TBA), work with writing and performance coaches, and commit to accepting feedback for the betterment of their work.
Submission deadline: Sunday, April 28th @ 11:59pm
